- We are happy to work with all levels of management, front line staff and board members to achieve the organization’s goals. However, we need one agency contract point person, where “the buck stops”.
- All the materials we produce will be available to the agency for future use. This is part of building the agency’s capacity.
- All information will be handled with confidentiality. We will not share any financial, program, client, personnel or other agency information with third parties unless explicitly permitted by our contract point person.
- We don’t get paid upon funding of a grant. Discretionary grant funds should be used to pay for the programs and services they were written for, not for consultants.
- As we gradually build your agency’s capacity, we prefer to get reimbursed on a retainer basis, the level of which is determined by the amount of work agreed upon over a period of time. This way we are able to offer discounts to long-term clients, and you are able to budget for a predictable expense.
- We will work with you and institutions, foundations and networks across the state to help locate funding for capacity building services.
- We will never respond to one RFP on behalf of several agencies. If an RFP fits more than one agency, we will facilitate a collaborative approach, or if that doesn’t work, help the interested agencies come to mutual agreement on which one agency will submit a proposal.
